Requirements

- Program Lifecycle Management: Ensure the successful launch and execution of recent programs, from product design to manufacturing.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering, Finance, Quality, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.

- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding project status, technical changes, and product quality.

- Schedule & Budget Adherence: Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans,



ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Engineering Changes: Direct, review, and approve product design changes and manage the impact of these changes on cost and timing.

- Problem Solving: Proactively address program bottlenecks (e.g., tooling delays, manufacturing issues) and develop solutions
