- Will be responsible for handling the Lead Management Channel
- Will include hiring of dedicated ROs for each PC and will work with SBMs and HR to ensure hiring is completed within the stipulated timelines
- Driving the requisite productivity from the hired FOs basis vintage will be the key deliverable for business
- Will be working on leads originated from external aggregators and strategic alliance partners
- Base to conversion and FO productivity will be the key deliverables in line to scaling up the channel
- Build , nurture and being consistent on productivity will be the KPI for the role
