Position: Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

- Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and secure production. You will lead a team of operators and technicians, manage production schedules, and troubleshoot technical issues on the floor. Candidates with a strong mechanical engineering background and prior PCB assembly experience are preferred
- Production Oversight: Manage daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and ensure all activities follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of operators and technicians to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards like IPC or ISO 9001.
- Process Optimization: Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency

Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 2 -6 Years of experience in PCB manufacturing or SME Industries

Salary: ₹ 3 LPA to 3.60 LPA
