Planning and Management:• Develop and implement production schedules to meet business and market demands.• Ensure efficient use of resources to meet production targets and quality standards. 1.

Assurance:• Oversee the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.• Implement and maintain quality control procedures. 1. Team Leadership:• Lead and manage the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.• Foster a positive and productive work workplace. 1.

Operational

Efficiency:• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives. 1. Safety and Compliance:• Ensure adherence to safety, health,



and environmental regulations.

• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions. 1. Inventory and Resource Management:• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and minimize waste.

• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth production flow. 1. Reporting and Documentation:• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
