Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning & Scheduling: Organize daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to fulfill customer demands and hit delivery deadlines.

- Team Management: Supervise, train, and schedule production staff, assigning roles effectively to maximize labor efficiency and maintain high morale.

- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to reduce defects and ensure products comply with industry and company standards.

- Equipment Maintenance: Organize routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance programs to minimize costly downtime and machinery failures.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a zero-accident work environment.

- Process Improvement:

Core Requirements
