We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience in Payment Gateway and ERP platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely support to clients regarding Payment Gateway and ERP-related issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and closure of customer tickets.
- Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, and other support channels.
- Monitor payment gateway transactions and assist in resolving transaction failures or reconciliation issues.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and track them until closure.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous support.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
