We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Product Owner to drive the development and enhancement of our digital platform at Dentalkart. This role plays a critical part in translating product vision into actionable tasks and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric features.

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders, engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements and guide the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, creating detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and ensuring structured execution aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong involvement in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and acceptance testing, ensuring that all deliverables meet defined quality standards. You will also track key product metrics such as conversion, feature adoption, retention, and funnel performance to continuously optimize the platform.

Additionally, you will contribute to data-driven and AI-led product initiatives by collaborating with engineering and analytics teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product role

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Hands-on experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and execution

- Experience in creating detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features

- Good understanding of user journeys, funnels, and conversion optimization

- Basic technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms preferred

Tools & Skills:

- Jira, Confluence (Product & Execution)

- Google Analytics (GA4), Excel / Google Sheets / Zoho Sheets (Analytics & Data)

- SQL (preferred)

- MoEngage (good to have)

- Figma (Design collaboration)

- Postman, Firebase (positive to have)

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
