Key Responsibilities Architect AI Experiences: Drive the evolution of AI-native capabilities within our ecosystem (including the Clarity suite), moving from "manual search" to "autonomous discovery." Rapid Prototyping: Partner with our engineering and data science teams to ship features powered by LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows that solve real merchant pain points.





Merchant Advocacy: Deep-dive into the workflows of the world's largest retailers to translate their needs into intelligent, automated product solutions.

Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the rollout of AI features with Customer Success, ensuring "cool tech" translates into measurable ROI and streamlined workflows for users.

Strategic Foresight: Stay ahead of GenAI advancements and the competitive landscape, turning market shifts into strategic bets for the roadmap.

Data-First Growth: Define the gold standard for AI performance — obsess over adoption metrics, ethical AI guardrails, and business impact.

Narrative Building: Synthesize complex AI logic into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and global stakeholders.

Profile AI-Curious & Product-First: Looks for ways to break down AI trends and rebuild them to create impact.

Required Qualifications &

Experience 4–5 years in B2B SaaS Product Management (SPM or AI PM tracks).

Has shipped AI/ML features or has deep technical understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and conversational interfaces.

Hands-on experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and scaling usage in intelligent product environments.

Comfortable working across time zones with cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers.

- Solid point of view on responsible AI and ethical implementation in an enterprise context.
