About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to lead key initiatives within Cashfree's UPI and Digital Payments business. You will own high-impact payment products, drive merchant growth, and work closely with cross-functional teams to build seamless payment experiences at scale.

What You Will Do

- Own the roadmap for UPI and related payment products.

- Enhance Cashfree's acquiring stack through new integrations, API improvements, and platform optimization.

- Streamline merchant onboarding, payment, and refund workflows to improve merchant experience and activation.

- Partner with Engineering, Business, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver products end-to-end.

- Work with external ecosystem partners including banks, TPAPs, PSPs, and NPCI stakeholders.

- Collaborate with lending, credit, and banking teams to build recent payment and affordability solutions.

- Use data, customer insights, and market trends to drive product decisions and growth.

What We Are Looking For





- 3–6 years of product management experience in Digital Payments, UPI, Cards, Banking, or Fintech.

- Proven ability to drive product strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation is a plus.

Domain Expertise

- Strong understanding of UPI payment flows, merchant acquiring, payment gateways, and transaction processing.

- Familiarity with NPCI guidelines, payment regulations, and ecosystem stakeholders.

- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and platform products.
