Design Thinking & Strategy

- Transform complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions that feel like second nature

Hands-On Creation
- Design stunning interfaces that work beautifully across web

- Prototype interactive experiences that tell compelling stories

- Build and maintain design systems that scale with style

Collaboration & Impact
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (we promise they're cool people)

- Present design concepts with confidence and storytelling flair

- Mentor other designers and spread the gospel of good UX

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills




- 1+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that makes us go "whoa"

- Figma wizard-level skills (bonus points if you know shortcuts we don't)

- Strong foundation in UI/UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design

- Experience with design systems and component libraries

- User research and usability testing experience

- Understanding of front-end development constraints and possibilities
