Our Market Development team is instrumental in driving revenue and enhancing customer engagement through various sub-teams, including Renewals, High Value Memberships, Hubs, and Retail Centers.

Role Summary:

As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for reaching out to Shaadi.com members, promoting premium services, and converting free users into paying customers. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Your success will be measured by your adherence to the sales process and your ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to Shaadi.com members, presenting products that aid in their partner search.
- Implement the defined sales process to convert free members into premium subscribers.
- Log detailed comments regarding call dispositions after each interaction.




- Follow up on inquiries that have not yet converted, ensuring a set number of calls are made as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all follow-ups and updates in the system.
- Meet daily targets for call volume and talk time.
- Achieve assigned revenue goals and maintain healthy lead-to-conversion ratios.
- Participate in periodic performance evaluations.
- Engage with walk-in customers (if assigned), providing information about Shaadi.com features and converting them to premium memberships.
- Ensure all documentation related to sales and member interactions is accurately maintained.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Telesales.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with clear diction.
- Minimum educational qualification: High School Certificate (HSC).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree.
- Fluency in any regional language.
