Procurement Service Senior Center Analyst

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Procurement Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Leading moderate to complex transactional procurement activities for assigned regions.
- Implementing end‑to‑end purchase order lifecycle management and data accuracy controls.
- Determining root causes of procurement issues and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
- Supporting suppliers, internal teams, and global partners through issue resolution and compliance adherence.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
- Overall, 4-6 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years in procurement operations or transactional procurement; experience with ERP systems such as SAP.




- Experience working in a Shared Service Center or BPO, primarily in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Source-to-Pay Buying activities.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Customer service-oriented with strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; advanced Excel or Power BI skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with procurement tools such as Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent, along with knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles.
- Organized and collaborative work style, with the ability to manage workloads effectively and work across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
