Role & responsibiliƟes

 Purchase of mechanical items, casƟng items, Brass items, and sheet metal items based on forecast.

 Plan as per the Forecast, making a Purchase order and doing the related acƟviƟes.

 Procurement of all kinds of materials, including receipt management, Physical inspecƟon,

stacking, and maintaining the minimum and maximum levels of criƟcal and fast-moving items,

as well as all procurement Documents.

 ReconciliaƟon of Vendor statement with SAP system & manual

 Stock VerificaƟon, Analysis of vendor performance & price Variance.

 New vendor development, Price negoƟaƟon with vendor (cost saving), PO releasing, Material

Delivery, and Payment, etc.

 Planning for daily consumables material, Billing status, and making the comparaƟve

Statement.

 Ensure the Quality & QuanƟty of Material purchased at the site.

 CreaƟng Different Reports as required by Management.

 NegoƟaƟng with the vendors for rate, delivery, and Payment terms.

 Tool and die development acƟviƟes

 Maintain ObjecƟve files for the given KPI.

 Taking Annual Third-Party Stock confirmaƟon and asset confirmaƟon.

 Annual budget plan acƟviƟes

 Inform to Management of long lead Ɵme parts well in advance and place an order to receive materials on Ɵme, like Electronics items,



Investment CasƟng parts, and Special plasƟc Material parts.

 Follow up with the Account Department for Supplier payment, Debit Note, and supplier ledger confirmaƟon.

 Monitoring the back Purchase order report and sending it to the Supplier.

 VisiƟng Supplier Factory for material status, tool Status, and maintaining professional relaƟons.

 Maintain a Visual management sheet for the Annual Budget plan.

 Ready to Work for 24 x 7.

 For new projects, suggesƟng vendors, help for negoƟaƟng price and Ɵme with other departments.

 Follow up for rework material to avoid ProducƟon stoppage.

 Cost-saving iniƟaƟves through alternate sourcing, negoƟaƟon.

 Train a junior Engineer and provide support for planning and procurement.

 Controlling Excess quanƟty and controlling the Inventory.

 Maintaining ISO Documents for the Procurement Department.

Level of EducaƟon and Skilled Experience:

 Higher educaƟon, preferably a Bachelor's in Engineering.

 Complementarily, ideally at least 03 years of experience in the area.

 EducaƟon: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

 Total Professional Experience: 3+ years in the Procurement department

 Language Skills: English, GujaraƟ, and Hindi
