- Manage and monitor sales orders and purchase orders for international clients
- Ensure timely order release, confirmation, and progression through the supply chain
- Track orders from creation to delivery and proactively resolve issues
- Investigate and resolve order-related exceptions such as shortages, delays, and allocation issues
- Coordinate with Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
- Maintain data accuracy in ERP systems and support master data quality
- Contribute to order tracking reports, KPIs, and process improvements

- Robust understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
