Project

Oversight:Oversee the entire design process for multiple projects, ensuring timelycompletion, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with clientexpectations.Take a hands-on approach to leading high-budget, high-value projects, settingbenchmarks for quality and innovation.2. Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and support interior designers, junior team members, andinterns to foster skilled growth and deliver exceptional design outcomes.Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining oversight to ensure cohesiveteam performance.3.

Client

Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding andaddressing their needs and preferences to ensure satisfaction and repeatbusiness.Build strong client relationships to foster trust and collaboration.4.

Design

Development:Develop and refine design concepts, layouts, and detailed documentation forprojects of all scales,



emphasizing creativity and functionality.Ensure the highest standards of design integrity in high-budget projects whilemaintaining consistency across regular assignments.5. Collaboration:Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamlessproject execution and adherence to the design intent.Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to address challenges and optimizeoutcomes.6.

Budget

Management:Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness andalignment with financial constraints.Monitor expenditures for high-value projects to maintain profitability andfinancial control.7. Site Visits:Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, uphold design integrity, andresolve on-site issues.Ensure all projects meet quality standards and design specifications duringexecution.8.

Business

Development:Participate in client pitches and contribute to business development initiatives,focusing on securing both regular and premium projects.Leverage high-profile projects to enhance the company’s reputation andmarket presence.9. Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed reports,presentations, and updates for all project types.Ensure efficient record-keeping for future reference and analysis.10.
