Key responsibilities

1. To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
2. Provide technical solutions in a qualified manner and to agreed timeframes
3. Ability to demonstrate product and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge
4. Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
5. Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders
6. Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
7. Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products
8. Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
9. Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development frame work
10. Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer
11. Prepare comparison documents against competitors
12. Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
13. Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports,



bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs
14. Adhere to the Companys Quality and Business Processes
15. To structure and produce compelling sales proposalscommercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients
16. To assume responsibility for running a bid team, where relevant
17. Interface with the implementation project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery

Candidate Profile

1. 5 years plus experience
2. In depth working knowledge of TCPIP v4 and an understanding of TCPIP v6.
3. Strong interest in Internet technologies routing, switching and general network
4. infrastructure
5. Comfortable working with hosting technologies including Windows and Linux based server systems, network storage systems and data centre services, vmware, hypervisor etc.
6. Working knowledge on Security Products and Solutions such as Emailing Solution, UTM,
7. Firewalls, DLP, EmailSecurity, Antivirus amp; Antispam Solution, MDM Solution
8. Knowledge of Active Directory amp; Group Policies
9. Knowledge of MSSQL Basic Installation amp; Management
10. Industry wise knowledge on products positioning
