We are looking for a Pre-Production Engineer with experience in modular furniture to support design planning, material selection, and manufacturing readiness for kitchens and wardrobes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and improve designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and related furniture
- Assess design feasibility based on materials, finishes, and client requirements
- Coordinate with production and purchase teams for design viability
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings, cut lists, and Bills of Material
- Work closely with visualizers and manufacturing teams
- Ensure designs are practical, trend-aligned, and production-ready
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in modular furniture / shop drawings / BOM & BOQ
- Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, ProE, or similar)
- Solid understanding of furniture manufacturing processes
- Good coordination, communication, and Excel skills
