Role Purpose

This role plays a critical part in digitising and automating core marketing and operational workflows, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives and improving speed-to-market across brands.

- Build intake portals that structure and validate business requests.
- Automate workflows that trigger Jira task creation and tracking.
- Develop approval and quality-gating processes within PowerApps.
- Integrate multiple systems to create seamless operational flows.

Essential Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
- PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse

- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
- Experience integrating with Jira and/or external APIs.
- Ability to design end-to-end solutions (UI, workflows, and integrations).
- Robust understanding of process automation and business process optimisation.
- Experience with data modelling and relational database structures.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred

- Experience with:
- Azure Services and APIs
- Power BI integration and reporting
- DevOps / CI-CD practices for Power Platform

- Exposure to Marketing, CLM, or Digital Operations workflows.
- Experience implementing governance frameworks and reusable application patterns.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

- Design and build Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using PowerApps.




- Develop scalable solutions leveraging multiple data sources (e.g., Dataverse, SharePoint, Jira, Enterprise Data Platforms) as structured and unstructured data layers.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly applications.
- Ensure consistent UI/UX standards across applications.

Workflow Automation

- Build and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Implement Copilot-enabled workflows to automate and accelerate business processes.
- Implement approval workflows, data synchronization, and system orchestration.
- Introduce validation and quality-control loops within workflows.

System Integration

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
- Jira (task creation, updates, workflow triggers)
- APIs and enterprise systems
- SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources

- Design reliable and scalable integration patterns.

Process Optimisation

- Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Replace manual workflows with digital-first solutions.
- Improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.

Governance & Best Practices

- Ensure solutions align with enterprise governance, security, and data standards.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and environment management.
- Contribute to reusable components and platform standards.

Collaboration

- Partner with stakeholders across Martech, CLM, Digital, and Operations teams.
- Support solution design workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Operations teams.
