5–8 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft technologies, including a minimum of 4 years of focused expertise on the Power Platform. This includes designing, developing, and deploying business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to address real-world enterprise requirements.
Robust proficiency in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate Flows (including cloud and desktop flows).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
Experience with solution packaging, ALM using Azure DevOps or GitHub, and environment management.
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Teams and OneDrive integrations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
