Key Responsibilities:
- Handling post-sales CRM
- Payment Collection follow up
- Customer follow-up.
- Collection & Registration Reporting.
- One-to-one client interaction for doubts / clarifications.
- Possession handling.
Candidate's Profile:
- The candidate should have positive communication skills.
- Command on the English Language.
- The candidate should be smart enough to give answers to all the questions of the customers.
- Handle Post Sales Collection.
Note: Experience in Collection and Recovery.
