Role Overview

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to handle the Mortgage Retention Portfolio. The role requires strong customer management, portfolio retention capability, and experience in mortgage products.

Candidates from the DSA channel will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the existing mortgage customer portfolio with a focus on retention and relationship strengthening.

- Identify early signs of customer attrition and take proactive measures to retain accounts.

- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, track renewal and rollover requirements.

- Ensure timely service delivery, query resolution, and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with internal teams to drive retention strategies and minimize portfolio attrition.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance wallet share.

- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Mortgage Portfolio Management / Customer Relationship roles.

- Strong understanding of mortgage products and customer lifecycle management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation,



and portfolio analytics capabilities.

- Ability to handle retention discussions confidently.

- Candidates with DSA channel experience are not eligible.
