- Preventive, Predictive Maintenance & Trouble Shooting

- Uptime improvement based on analysis of B/D & CAPA .

- History updation of each equipment

- Equipment life monitoring/analysis/prediction of life

- Effective Modifications based on productivity requirement

- Utility Operation & Maintenance.

- Spares Management

- Plant-level Maintenance Cost Tracing & Control

- Service Vendors Development / Evaluation

- Sourcing of alternative spares vendors for imported

- Maintenance Budget monitoring

- Liaison with DM Plant, Centralized Electrical/ Instrument, Central stores for routine plant requirements

- Liaison with government regulatory bodies

- Training & facilitation to team for skill enhancement, evaluation by assessment & Periodical review of performance of Maintenance Crew

- Cost control measures in operations

- Equipment life monitoring, appropriate decision on refurbishment /replacement

- Value engineering /Effective modifications of equipment/plant engineering.
