Responsibilities:

- Production Management:
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process to ensure production targets are met.
- Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet industry specifications and company quality standards.
- Planning:
- Develop and manage production plans, including resource allocation and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials.
- Forecast production needs and manage inventory levels to avoid production delays.
- Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and production staff.
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the plant.
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize engineering skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production line.
- Collaborate with the R&D; team to implement new technologies and improve existing processes.




- Stay updated with the latest advancements in gearbox manufacturing and integrate best practices.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Analyze production data and implement strategies to optimize performance.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role within the gearbox manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Solid engineering skills with a solid understanding of gearbox manufacturing processes.
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
