Roles and Responsibilties :
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Budgeting:
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; control on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
· Conduct EBITA margin analysis and ensure effective product cost control and costing.
· Manage cash flow forecasting, including debtors, creditors, working capital, and inventory control (RM & FG stocks).
2. Capital Expenditure & ROI Management:
· Evaluate and approve CAPEX based on ROI analysis, ensuring effective control and monitoring of returns.
· Work with plant and functional heads to drive cost optimization and budget adherence.
3. Cost Control & Financial Analysis:
· Analyze all cost parameters and initiate corrective actions in collaboration with plant and functional heads.
· Ensure cost-effectiveness in operations and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
4. Compliance & Statutory Regulations:
· Ensure on-time legal and statutory compliance across all financial and taxation matters.
· Oversee quarterly reconciliation of books with customers and suppliers to prevent bad debts.
5. ERP & Financial Reporting:
· Maintain ERP-based financial control and reporting for real-time data accuracy.
· Enhance financial decision-making through ERP system optimization and automation.
6.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Effective cost reduction strategies and budget adherence.
- Accuracy in forecasting and variance analysis.

Requirements
· Education: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
· Experience: 7-10 years in finance & accounts (preferably in plastic manufacturing industries).
· Skills:
o Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
o Proficiency in SAP, Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
o Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights.
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
