Job Title: Plant Head (Aluminum Foil) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to oversee the overall operations of our aluminum foil manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the plant team to achieve production targets, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management:

- Oversee the entire production process, from raw material receipt to finished goods dispatch.

- Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.

- Ensure optimal utilization of plant capacity, machinery, and resources.

- Monitor and analyze production metrics (e.g., throughput, yield, and scrap rates).

Quality and Safety:

- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a protected working environment.

- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).

People Management:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff, supervisors, and engineers.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.

- Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and address employee concerns.

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Cost Control and Optimization:





- Analyze production costs and identify areas for reduction.

- Implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

- Ensure effective inventory management.

Maintenance and Engineering:

- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

- Plan and execute plant upgrades, expansions, and modernization projects.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Other Responsibilities:

- Liaise with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.

- Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in aluminum foil manufacturing or related industry.

- Proven track record of plant management, operations leadership, or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of aluminum foil production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
