- Should act as an brand ambassador between institute and corporate relations
- Collaborate with academic departments to understand students’ skills and career interests.
- Organize career fairs, recruitment drives, and other placement-related events.
- Guide and mentor students on resume building, interview skills, and career planning.
- Facilitate communication between students, alumni, and potential employers.
- Track placement data and generate reports on placement statistics.
- Provide post-placement support to students and employers.
- Stay updated on market trends to align student training with industry demands.
- Work closely with HR departments of partner industries to streamline hiring processes.
- Foster a collaborative environment for students, faculty, and industry representatives.
- Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience in MS office like Excel and power point presentations
