Matchwell is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) for one of our Acute Care partners in Salem, IL!

Salary Range: $51.11-$54.85

Schedule: Contract/PRN

You’ll be a perfect fit for this position if you have:

- A current and active PT License
- A current BLS certification
- A current TB screen
- Hepatitis B vaccine/titers/declination, Influenza vaccine/declination (Oct-April) and COVID 19 vaccine or exemption.
- Have 2+yrs clinical experience in Acute Care Setting

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Teach and counsel patients/families
- Conduct individual patient therapy regimens
- Complete appropriate documentation according to department policies and procedures
- Monitor patient's response to treatment and modify treatment during sessions, as needed
