Job Title: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional ConsultantExperience Required: Minimum 8+ years of development experience in PeopleSoft application

Technical Skills Required:

- PeopleSoft Tools: NVision, Data Mover, PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQL/PSSQL, Workflow, Control-M, Unix Shell Scripting.
- PeopleSoft Finance Module (FSCM): Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Management, and Billing.
- Development & Customization:
- Strong knowledge of Application Designer, Application Packages, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- Experience in XML Publisher Reporting, Component Interface, Integration Broker, File Layout, Security, Process Scheduler, Data Mover, and PS Query Tool.
- Hands-on experience in conversion programs, inbound and outbound interfaces, and integrating with third-party applications.
- Ability to modify and customize new/existing functionalities as per business requirements.
- Performance Optimization:
- Expertise in debugging and optimizing SQL statements within Query, SQR, and Application Engine.
- Documentation & Review:
- Ability to create and maintain Technical Documents, Unit Test Documents, Migration Documents, and User Manuals.
- Conduct peer reviews on design, development,



and documentation and mentor team members.
- Business Requirement Gathering:
- Experience in conducting design sessions with business process owners to align business requirements with minimal customization.

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

- Knowledge of JIRA Tool, Snow Request (Incident & Change Management), and Control-M Scheduler.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams.
