Job Summary:

Looking for a Payroll Specialist with solid experience in Indian payroll and statutory compliance. This is a client-facing role handling multiple payroll accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple clients

- Act as SPOC for payroll-related activities

- Handle salary processing, F&F;, reimbursements, and deductions

- Ensure compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity)

- Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and statutory filings

- Resolve payroll queries and support audits

Requirements

Requirements:

- 3+ years in Indian payroll processing

- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance & labour laws

- Experience with HRMS/payroll software

- Good communication & stakeholder management

- Strong Excel and analytical skills

Preferred:

- Experience in payroll outsourcing

- Immediate joiners preferred
