We are looking for experienced, creative, passionate and motivated Architects/Experts for defining the technical road map, strategy and vision for our payments platforms business. You will also architect, design and innovating the POCs as well as contribute to building highly scalable, robust cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Building highly scalable, low-latency, high-throughput software payment platform system that has four 9s plus availability.

- Analyze & Research the payment industry business & technology trends and add new capabilities to the platform for driving the payment volumes while making the DCB platform as the best among the industry players.
- Provide direction to platform technological evolution to meet future demands and business requirements.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with business, product and leadership across different geographic locations.
- Keep a sharp eye for automation needs and opportunities. Innovate with new technology to enable innovation, and operational excellence of the product.
- Keep up with the latest big-data, micro services and devops technologies, as well as the pros/cons of these technologies.
- Keep up with industry best practices.

Qualification and Skills:

- Hands on experience in building payment platforms or payment industry related systems (such as payment gateways, order system, product system, even finance, risk control, settlement, etc.)

- Experience in cloud-native systems, transactional systems and four 9s plus availability on cloud platforms like AWS, GCS and MS Azure.
- Proficient in payment domain transaction volume handling, merchant integrations, payment experience enhancement etc.
- Prefer to have large-scale distributed system experience
- Familiar with java / c ++ development under Linux environment etc.
- Relevant professional degree (B. Tech/M.

Tech/P.hd) in computer science/EC/IT from premier institutes





- Attitude towards “getting things done” while maintaining regard for quality in design and code.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives and comfortable seeking help.
- Comfortable tackling new problems and learning along the way.
