: We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service & Customer Care representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all passengers and customers at the airport.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
- Assist passengers with luggage and guide them to their designated areas
- Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process for all passengers
- Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or other needs
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner




- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for all passengers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures at the airport
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Robust problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
