- Collect payments on time - Advance and pending payments within the required timeline
- Achieve target for company's growth
- Strictly follow the process and be assertive in communication
- Update the progress on a daily basis to the national manager in the morning meet




- Maintain positive relationship with customers
- Raise red flag when there is a default customer

- To coordinate with customers and address all their concerns

- To bring back the inactive customers and encourage them to use our app for business

: VAS Sales

- To pitch for value added services like Fastag, Insurance, Fuel card
