- Monitor and control plant operations from the central control room.
- Analyze process data and optimize plant performance.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for routine maintenance.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular plant inspections and report anomalies.
- Coordinate with quality control teams for product quality.
- Participate in plant startup/shutdown and emergency response.
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in chemical process industries.
- Minimum 2 years of stability in each previous company.
