Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled OSB Support L2 professional with a solid background in Oracle WebLogic Administration and extensive experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB). The ideal candidate should possess proficient troubleshooting abilities, a solid understanding of Linux environments, and scripting skills in Unix shell scripting, Python, or similar. This role demands expertise in debugging OSB components, conducting performance analyses, and maintaining system hygiene parameters to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide level 2 support for Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and related middleware applications.
- Perform Oracle WebLogic administration tasks including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Debug OSB code logic and transformations using XQuery and XSLT.
- Utilize WebLogic Scripting Tool (WLST) for automation and administration tasks.
- Monitor system performance using tools such as Elastic Search (ELK), Grafana, and other monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues and optimize system performance.
- Conduct Thread Dump Analysis, Heap Dump Analysis, and TCP Dump analysis to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.




- Implement and maintain IT hygiene parameters in WebLogic-OSB environments (e.g., timeouts, connection pooling, transaction handling).
- Assist in Solace and KONG administration as required.
- Participate in the setup and configuration of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible, and other relevant tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of overall IT experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in OSB support and administration.
- Proficiency in Oracle WebLogic Administration and OSB.
- Strong command of Unix/Linux basic commands and shell scripting (Bash, Python).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and analytics platforms such as ELK stack, Grafana.
- Experience in setting up and configuring CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or Ansible.
- Ability to analyze thread dumps, heap dumps, and TCP dumps.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills with the ability to quickly resolve issues to minimize impact.
- Operational and domain experience in IT support or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
