Years of Experience: 5+ Years relevant

Prerequisite skills: Workday Functional

- Workday HCM functional members to support L2 and L3 operations
- Work Shift Regular shift 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST
- Working Days Monday to Friday, weekend support not required
- Work Location Bangalore

Candidate will be expected to deliver both Level 2/L2 and Level 3/L3 support across the following Workday HCM functional areas

- Time Tracking
- Talent Performance

Support Scope
- L2 Support
- Business Process Support
- Security Functional Configuration
- Production Support Break Fixes

- L3 Support

- Minor Enhancements Business Processes Reports
- Version Updates
