Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Absence Management. The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge, experience in implementation projects, and the ability to manage client-facing discussions, configuration, and end-to-end HCM Cloud delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver functional activities across OTL and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and participate in solution design.
- Perform detailed configuration of OTL and Absence modules as per business requirements.
- Support data migration activities into Oracle Cloud environments.
- Handle migration of setup changes from non-production to production.
- Work on implementation projects, contributing to end-to-end delivery—requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Interact with customers as part of a client-facing role, ensuring alignment between functional design and business needs.
- Work across multiple tasks efficiently and adjust priorities quickly based on project demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support global delivery environments.
- Participate in meetings across multiple time zones (as required).
- Travel as per business requirements.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4 to 8 years of Oracle HCM Functional experience.
