Job Summary

Hyperion (EPM) - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Financial Consolidation and Close (Consolidation) (Functional) Senior Consultant-Oracle. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 12 Years. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end FCCS functional consulting, including solution design, configuration, and support for financial consolidation and close processes on Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand consolidation, close, and reporting requirements and translate them into FCCS functional designs.
- Configure and validate consolidation rules, ownership structures, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, and close workflows in FCCS.
- Support integration of FCCS with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and other EPM modules as required.
- Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support defect resolution.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides for FCCS processes.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live hypercare support for financial consolidation and close cycles.




- Work closely with technical teams to ensure FCCS related solution components and integrations are aligned with business requirements.
- Contribute to best practices, templates, and reusable assets for FCCS implementations within the organization.
- Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales activities as needed.

- Strong understanding of group consolidation, financial close, and statutory/management reporting processes.
- Ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment, managing expectations and communicating clearly with finance and IT stakeholders.
- Proven capability to work independently and as part of a global project team in fast-paced engagements.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in FCCS configurations and financial data validation.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required for project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud FCCS or similar EPM consolidation tools.
- Hands-on experience with Hyperion (EPM) and Oracle Fusion Cloud financial modules.
- Familiarity with FCCS related solution or internal reference, ensuring alignment with project and client standards.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for functional specifications and user training.
- Professional certifications in Oracle EPM/Cloud (preferred but not mandatory).
