- Perform Quality check on the requests processed by Maker
- Manage customer escalations
- Co ordinate with branches/RCU/Retention for day to day deliveries and ensure SLA’s are met
- Review Critical Cases and assess the risk and give decision on processing
- Track and enhance vendor productivity and efficiency
- Ensure Compliance of all processes as per regulatory requirements
- Co ordinate with Internal auditors and Stat auditors during process audits
- Conduct Trainings to internal teams and other stake holders
