The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across multiple properties/sites to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction. Requirements
Education:
- Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or Facilities Management.
- MBA or related postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 7–12 years of experience in operations or facility management.
- Experience in handling multiple sites and large teams.
- Good knowledge of M&E;, housekeeping, security, safety, and vendor management.
- Experience in budgeting, billing, and working with clients.
- Familiar with government and statutory compliance.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools.
- Able to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
