Job Title: Operations Manager

Experience: 8–12 Years

Level: Manager/ Sr Manager

Location: Work from Home

Office Timing: 16:00 to 01:00 hrs IST (Monday to Friday)

Role Objective To drive efficient and high-quality delivery of outsourcing services by managing cross-functional teams, optimizing resource utilization, enforcing performance standards, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and client-facing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Allocate and manage workload across cross-functional outsourcing teams (Finance,

Technology, HR & Payroll, Digital Marketing) to ensure optimal utilization and timely delivery.

- Monitor day-to-day execution through stand-ups, resolve team-level issues, and ensure smooth project operations and adherence to timelines.
- Define, track, and drive performance through KPIs, ensuring accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement across individual contributors.
- Collaborate closely with QA Leads to identify quality gaps, implement corrective actions, and enhance overall service delivery standards.
- Partner with Account Managers to align execution with client expectations, provide regular updates, and proactively address delivery risks or escalations.

Core Skills & Expertise (Must Have)

- Strong operations management experience in outsourcing/shared services environments with multi-functional teams.
- Proven ability to drive performance management through KPIs, utilization tracking, and process discipline.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across internal teams (Quality

Assurance, Account Management) and client-facing environments.

- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into operational processes

Additional Skills & Expertise (Positive to Have)

- Familiarity with workflow management, project tracking, or collaboration tools (e.g., Zoho

Projects, Microsoft Projects).

- Exposure to quality frameworks,



SOP-driven environments, or process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Experience in managing distributed or remote teams across multiple service lines.
- Proven leadership capability with experience in team supervision, coaching, and performance management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
