Operations Analyst – Lifecycle Management (Kitting Group) : Operations Analyst is responsible to perform daily supply chain tasks. Coordinate efficient flow of inventory to reduce costs and maintain high customer service level. Ensure accuracy of data.
Coordinate and own small analyses and small projects under direct supervision. Work with Medline Warehouses and distribution centers to proactively resolve issues. This individual must have a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization.
In addition to exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, you must have a “Can do” attitude.
Skills / Experience: Required: · Excellent communication and analytical skills · Very organized in both file and data management. · Excellent proficiency in MS Office especially on Microsoft Excel · Experience with SAP will be added advantage. · Solid problem solver o Positive attitudes towards problems and likes challenges o Solid analytical capabilities with attention to details, thoughtful in considering all aspects of the problem and potential solutions o Intellectually curious – eager to learn, quick learner and like to ask questions.
Some of the roles and responsibilities:
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage and support lost, new, and revised business activities within the lifecycle management process.
Execute daily operational tasks to ensure accurate processing and tracking of business changes across the supply chain.
Take appropriate and timely actions on assigned transactions within ERP systems to support lifecycle updates, including new item setups, cancellations, and modifications.
Perform data validation and ensure all lifecycle-related information is accurately maintained in ERP systems (AS400).
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding lifecycle updates, business impacts, key metrics, and status tracking.
Conduct basic root cause analysis to identify gaps or inefficiencies in lifecycle processes and recommend corrective actions.
Support and participate in ad-hoc lifecycle management projects focused on improving business transition processes, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Analyze dashboards and reports to monitor lost, new, and revised business trends; identify issues; and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
Partner with team members to drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, reducing errors, and improving turnaround times.
Handle additional ad-hoc tasks and special projects related to lifecycle management as required Educational Qualification Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
