- Reporting to Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive.
- To check & use proper earthing if required before starting activity.
- To clean equipment as per Standard Operating Procedure.
- To check & ensure cleaning of equipment as per status before to start activity.
- To Charge the raw material as per BMR.
- To carry out processing as per BMR & update the status board as per current status.
- To update the equipment use logbook & balance use record as per current status.
- To check the reading of differential pressure, temperature and humidity and record in the respective log book.
- To monitor environmental parameters such as differential pressure, temperature and humidity, wherever applicable.
- To perform the balance calibration & cleaning activity and recording entries in respective logbooks.
- To label, shift & arrange the recovered solvent at the proper place.
- To return CMR materials to the warehouse.
- To pack,



label & arrange the intermediates & finish product at its respective place.
- To follow cGMP & safety practices at all times.
- To give Technical Information Sheet with sample & Sampling advice sheet to QC dept. wherever applicable.
- Use of personal protective equipment such as safety goggles, Gas mask, dust mask, face shield etc. should be done as per the application of respective work.
- Not to leave the work place without permission of the respective Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive.
- Participation in investigations related to customer complaints, deviation, OOS and OOT.
- To give charge to the reliever of the next shift after job allocation of next shift Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive.
