Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire cocking oil production process, including pretreatment, pressing, solvent extraction, refining, and packaging.
- Manage and motivate a team of production personnel, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and yield.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to all quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure proper equipment upkeep and prevent breakdowns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and current technologies related to cocking oil production.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Sc. Chem. Eng.) or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in cocking oil production or a similar manufacturing environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a production setting.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of cocking oil production processes, including pretreatment, pressing, solvent extraction, refining, and packaging.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
