Position: Operations Manager (Atlas Copco Oil-Free Air Compressor)

Location: Accra, Ghana (In office, with work-related travel to mine areas)

Job Type: On-site

Reporting To: General Manager

Core Mandatory Requirements:

- Advanced knowledge of Atlas Copco oil-free air compressors size 2 & up.
- Advanced engineering skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of Atlas Copco oil-free compressors size 2 and up, including execution, installation, maintenance, repair, and maintenance work.

Typical Duties:

- Ensure efficient servicing of compressors on all sites through the engineering and technical team.
- Conduct market research for market expansion, understand trends, create marketing strategy, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Train and develop Service Engineers/Technicians.
- Prepare and track schedules for contract customers.
- Maintain electronic and physical records of service activities.




- Handle internal and external communication as required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to target industrial clients.
- Generate reports for all sites as advised by Management.

Key Performance Areas:

- Manage execution of installation, maintenance, replacement, or repair work.
- Compile necessary technical documentation for the machine.
- Supervise assembling of tools for installation, maintenance, or repair.
- Contribute to workflow planning in coordination with the company and operations planning department.
- Carry out repair work according to company's wishes or instructions.
- Contribute to preparation of technical documentation for the respective machine and final report.
