- Experience in selling high value items
- Ability to grasp and possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to create a need for the product for the customer
- Strict adherence to schedules
- Someone who has the right passion towards sales and service
Skills requirement
- Graduate with 0-3 years of experience
- Communication Skills - English and Hindi / Tamil / regional language fluency is a must.
- Retail jewellery experience preferred
- Experience preferably in inbound call centre and chat .
