We are seeking experienced and qualified doctors to provide online consultation to patients. As a remote consultation provider, you will need a mobile phone, laptop/PC, and a reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps. You will be communicating with patients through chat support.

We are looking for specialists in various categories including bariatric, cardiology, dental, dermatology, drug testing, endocrinology, ophthalmology, general medicine, neurology, OB GYN, oncology, orthopedic, plastic surgery, pediatrics, urology, HIV & AIDS.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct online consultations with patients professionally and timely
- Provide accurate medical guidance and support to patients remotely by reviewing their medical history
- Ensure a high level of quality during each consultation
- Ensure to achieve the minimum target of answering patients" questions




- Conduct thorough research and use reliable resources such as Google to provide the most updated information to patients
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating by providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

- MBBS degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 8-20 years of experience in one or more of the above categories
- A valid certificate of education
- Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written
- Must have a suitable headset for communication
