Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly skilled, confident, and self-driven IT Hardware professional who can manage the unit’s day-to-day hardware operations independently. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining IT equipment,



and ensuring smooth technical operations at the site.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers,

scanners, CCTV, and other hardware devices.

 Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues quickly and effectively.

 Perform routine system checks, preventive maintenance, and equipment health monitoring.

 Handle LAN setup, network switches, routers, and basic networking troubleshooting.

 Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.

 Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and procurement.

 Support users with system issues and provide timely resolutions.

 Ensure data security and system integrity in line with company guidelines.

 Independently manage IT support at the Nalagarh unit without daily supervision.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong hands-on experience in IT hardware troubleshooting.

 Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (LAN, IP allocation, routers, switches).

 Familiarity with Windows OS installation, formatting, and configuration.

 Knowledge of CCTV system handling will be an advantage.

 Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

 Valuable communication and user-support skills.

Qualification

 B.Tech / Graduation in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or relevant field.
