1. Support Social Prescribers, Delivery Partners and the Project Management team with monitoring and recording procedures using the online Elemental software system.
- Provide additional in office training and technical support to the Social Prescribers, Delivery Partners and the Project Management team.
- Liaise with Elemental to monitor developments and manage information change requests.
- Monitor data processes and work with the overall project team to maintain data integrity and reconcile data discrepancies.
- Review the quality of the data and perform quality checks to ensure appropriate data collection meets the needs of the evaluation process.
- Develop improvements in tools and/or processes to support information governance.
- Act as the software champion providing technical assistance to the overall project team when required.
