- Assess patients’ physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities

- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans

- Provide therapy to improve daily living skills (ADLs) such as dressing, feeding, and writing

- Work with individuals with conditions such as:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder

- Cerebral palsy

- Developmental delay

- Stroke

- Implement sensory integration therapy and motor skill development activities

- Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices

- Train patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs

- Monitor progress and update treatment plans

- Maintain accurate documentation and reports

- Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, doctors, and educators

Requirements

- Solid understanding of occupational therapy principles
