Overview:

The O365 - SharePoint Online + Migration role plays a critical function in the organization, responsible for effectively managing and optimizing the SharePoint Online platform. This role is pivotal in facilitating information sharing, collaboration, and seamless data migration while ensuring the security and accessibility of key organizational data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage security and access controls within SharePoint Online.
- Lead and execute end-to-end migration activities from on-premises solutions to SharePoint Online.
- Configure and customize SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and other key components.
- Provide technical expertise and support for SharePoint Online user community.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SharePoint Online solutions.
- Develop governance strategies and best practices for SharePoint Online usage.
- Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SharePoint Online environment.
- Evaluate and implement third-party tools and solutions for improving SharePoint Online functionality.
- Participate in the planning and execution of SharePoint Online upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and retention policies within SharePoint Online.
- Train and educate end-users on SharePoint Online features and functionality.




- Conduct regular performance analysis and optimization of SharePoint Online workplace.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures related to SharePoint Online.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in SharePoint and O365.
- Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or higher certification.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and managing SharePoint Online environments.
- Proven track record of successful migration projects to SharePoint Online.
- In-depth understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online administration.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online security and compliance features.
- Experience in developing and implementing governance strategies for SharePoint Online.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of information management principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with third-party tools and solutions for enhancing SharePoint Online functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest O365 and SharePoint Online advancements and features.
